1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIBox (aibox.tools), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

AIBox provides 163 free online tools for content creation, software development, design, gaming, and text manipulation. The service includes 35 AI-powered tools that use third-party language models and 128 client-side tools that run entirely in your browser. All tools are provided free of charge with no account required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AIBox tools to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA protections, or other security measures
  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the AI API endpoint for bulk generation
  • Use the service in a way that degrades performance for other users
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of AI prompts
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written where doing so would be deceptive

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and the outputs generated by the tools. AIBox does not claim ownership over any content you create using our tools.

Our content: The AIBox name, logo, website design, tool interfaces, and underlying code are the property of AIBox. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our site without permission.

5. Privacy and Data

Client-side tools (128 tools): Process all data locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers. Settings are stored in your browser's localStorage and can be cleared at any time.

AI-powered tools (35 tools): The text you submit is sent to our server and forwarded to a third-party AI provider (Moonshot AI) to generate results. We do not store your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs. We do not require or collect personal information, accounts, or email addresses.

Analytics and security: We use Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and security. Cloudflare may collect standard web analytics data (page views, country, device type). IP addresses are used temporarily for rate limiting and are not stored permanently.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-powered tools generate content using third-party language models. AIBox does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content. AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, biases, or inappropriate content despite our best efforts to mitigate these issues through system prompts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIBox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any tool output — whether AI-generated or client-side computed. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from reliance on tool outputs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero, as AIBox is free).

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep AIBox available 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the entire service at any time without notice. Free services may be subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage for all users.

10. Third-Party Services

AIBox relies on third-party services including Cloudflare (hosting/security), Moonshot AI (language model), and Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. AIBox is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AIBox after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
