1. Introduction

AIBox (aibox.tools) is a free tools platform providing 163 online tools for creators, developers, designers, and gamers. We are committed to transparency about how your data is handled. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have. Because AIBox requires no account, no login, and no personal information to use, our data footprint is minimal by design.

2. Client-Side Tools

128 of our tools run entirely in your browser. When you use a client-side tool, all processing happens locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third party. Your inputs, outputs, and any intermediate computations never leave your machine. Tool settings and preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage so they persist between sessions. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

3. AI-Powered Tools

35 of our tools use AI to generate content. When you use an AI-powered tool, only the prompt text you submit is sent to our server, which forwards it to our AI provider (Moonshot AI) to generate a result. We do not store, log, or retain your prompts or the generated outputs. Once the AI response is delivered to your browser, the request data is discarded. We do not use your inputs to train models or for any purpose beyond fulfilling your immediate request.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA)

AI-powered tools are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA service that verifies you are a real person before processing your request. Turnstile may collect minimal device and browser data (such as screen size, browser type, and interaction patterns) to distinguish humans from bots. This data is processed by Cloudflare and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not follow you across websites.

5. Analytics

AIBox uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic page view analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, does not track individual users, and does not perform cross-site tracking. It provides aggregate data only, such as total page views, top pages, and referring sources. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through analytics.

6. Cookies and localStorage

Cookies: AIBox does not set any tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any first-party cookies for tracking purposes. Third-party services (such as Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance (e.g., bot detection), but these are not used for tracking or advertising.

localStorage: Client-side tools use your browser's localStorage to save tool settings and preferences. This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is created only as a result of your direct interaction with a tool. You can view and clear localStorage data at any time through your browser's developer tools or settings.

7. Third-Party Services

AIBox relies on the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, security (DDoS protection, WAF), and privacy-first web analytics. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site.
• Moonshot AI — Language model provider used to generate content for AI-powered tools. Only your prompt text is forwarded to Moonshot AI; no personal data is shared.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection service used on AI-powered tools. Collects minimal device/browser signals to verify human visitors.

8. Data Retention

AIBox does not maintain user accounts or databases of user data. AI prompts and outputs are not logged or stored. Rate limiting uses temporary IP address hashes stored in Cloudflare KV with short expiration times; these are used solely to prevent abuse and are automatically deleted. No personal data is retained beyond the duration of your browsing session.

9. Children's Privacy

AIBox is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since AIBox does not require accounts or collect personal data, there is no mechanism through which a child's personal information would be stored. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through our service, please contact us so we can address the concern.

10. Your Rights

Because AIBox collects no personal data and requires no account, traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are largely inapplicable. However, you have the following controls:

• You can clear all localStorage data saved by AIBox tools at any time through your browser settings.
• There is no account to delete — AIBox does not use accounts, logins, or registration.
• No personal data is stored on our servers that would require a data access or deletion request.
• You can disable JavaScript in your browser to prevent any client-side data storage, though this will limit tool functionality.
