Frequently Asked Questions

Why are external images not showing?

External images may be blocked by CORS restrictions. Use inline Base64 images or images hosted on the same domain for best results.

What is the maximum image size?

The maximum size depends on your browser and device memory. Most browsers support canvas sizes up to about 4096x4096 pixels. Very large renders may be slow or fail.

Can I export at retina resolution?

Yes, select 2x scale to render at double resolution. This produces sharper images on high-DPI displays like Retina screens.

What CSS features are supported in the rendered image?

Most CSS properties work including flexbox, grid, gradients, borders, shadows, transforms, and custom fonts loaded via @import. CSS animations and transitions are captured at their initial state. Pseudo-elements (::before, ::after) are supported. External stylesheets may not load due to CORS restrictions.
